Once a record has been selected the detailed contents of that record is shown on the right side. By navigating that tree view you can look at every single record in any of your masters or plugins. The tree view on the left side now shows all active masters and plugins in their correct load order. (Don't panic if it seems to freeze, it just takes time). You can follow the progress in the message window. Depending on your system it will take a while for all plugins to load. The selected plugins will start loading in the background.
You then get a dialog to select which masters/plugins you want to load with the current selection from your plugins.txt as default value. And now? Anything to edit? Olive green means the mod wins over the red file. So whats up with unoffical skyrim patch.esp Looks like skyrim.esm and federleicht ruestung.esp (lighter armor) are the same (beside the weight) - ok. Here the example picture: ( put a ".de" after pic-upload, it seems I cant post normal links) If it looks like this, do I have to do anything? Klicked a random red entry "armorironshield" "lighter armor" (I only picked that without any other, the other esm/esp loaded automatically) Maybe there is a tutorial in the big internet I missed, which explains different red color situations? I learned from the tutorials how to clean identical green files, but now what to do with the reds? I read and watched tutorials, but im having the problem they didnt explain what i have to do with the red lines, just what the background and text color stand for.
I already cleaned the master files update/dawnguard/hearthfire watching a tutorial. I don't have any crashes with skyrim, but they still recommend it.
I want to use tes5edit, cause many recommend it.
